By purchasing from GrandEuroMarket, you automatically agree to the Terms of Service outlined below, regardless of whether they have been read.
1. Account Delivery
All products sold by GrandEuroMarket are manually delivered to ensure quality, accuracy, and freshness. Typical delivery time ranges from 1-5 business days. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that delivery is not instant. If your order is not delivered within 5 business days, you are eligible for $20 compensation in addition to receiving your product.
2. Refunds & Replacements
GrandEuroMarket products do not include extended warranties unless explicitly stated. Refunds or replacements will only be issued under the following conditions:
1. Account becomes unusable ("dies") within 72 hours of delivery without any usage from the buyer.
2. The delivered account does not match the description provided on the product page.
3. The account has seller-related issues that prevent proper usage or functionality.
If any of the above conditions are met, you may request a refund or replacement. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Buyer Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for properly securing and maintaining the delivered account after successful login.
Any issues caused by misuse, modifications, or actions taken by the buyer after delivery are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
